Energetic and best possible preparation for further professional integration guaranteed!

At BSKM we expand your German language skills, promote your job-related language skills as well as knowledge and strengthen intercultural skills. Throughout the course, you will be accompanied by socio-pedagogical support, and if necessary, supervision by our psychological specialist is possible.

 

Contents:

Job-related language skills

  • Profiles of linguistic-communicative requirements for professions in selected occupational fields
  • Requirements at the workplaces
  • Vocabulary
  • job-related language competence training
  • short, precise instructions as well as routine conversation processes
  • linguistic, task-related and job-specific aspects in the occupational field
  • Basics of accident prevention, occupational safety and fire prevention
  • Basic legal knowledge, production knowledge, machine knowledge
  • Intercultural skills and professional values for participation in working life

 

Accompanying offers

  • Support in the recognition of degrees, certificates and reports
  • Reduction of employment barriers and serious placement obstacles
  • Individual case coaching
  • Profiling and perspective planning
  • Communication training, etc.
  • Intensive socio-pedagogical support throughout the entire measure
  • Support for participants in all aspects of their special life situation to promote vocational integration
  • If required, psychological specialist to accompany the participants
  • Use of synergies and networks of cooperation partners

 

Target group:

  • Participants with an extended migration background and good integration prospects
  • (Late) repatriates (1st-3rd generation)
  • Asylum seekers with a residence permit
  • Recognized persons entitled to asylum with residence permit
  • Tolerated persons with good access to the labor market
  • Refugees and EU citizens who are registered as job seekers
  • Asylum seekers with good prospects of remaining in Germany
  • Basic knowledge of the German language
  • If applicable, professional knowledge/vocational qualification

 

Funding:

Activation and placement voucher from the responsible Agentur für Arbeit/ Jobcenter.

 

Dates & teaching times:

Course duration full-time: 8 weeks

Mo.-Fr.: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm (8 teaching units/day) and by arrangement

 

Course duration part-time: 8 weeks

Mo.-Fr.: 8:30 am – 1:00 p.m. (6 teaching units/day) and by arrangement

 

Course duration intensive course full-time: 12 weeks (measure shares with an employer – 160 hrs.)

Mo.-Fr.: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm (8 teaching units/day) and by arrangement

 

Course duration intensive course part-time: 12 weeks (measure shares with an employer – 120 hrs.)

Mo.-Fr.: 8:30 am – 1:00 pm (6 teaching units/day) and by arrangement
